Doggie pajama sewing pattern - large breed pitbull - one size only
My own design for a pattern for Doggie pajamas in a digital printable format. New a4 pdf included.
Perfect for larger dogs, pitbulls and dogs with a chest measurement of 28-34 inches. length is adjustable using this pattern. (see below for info) Hard to find size in pre made goods, so why not sew your own. see details below
simple sewing skills required. Can be made in fleece or knits with a good stretch.
I've made these for hundreds of dogs, but am no longer selling the finished product. Great for rescues and events.
*****Totally revamped for easier printing! Prints on standard 8.5x11 or a4 sheets with numbered rows and columns***
Sewing Tutorial for this too, download and read all files before beginning. Tutorial on printing is included, Adobe reader is free download.
*****1.5 yards of fleece is needed for this sewing project, with a length (depends on your dog) of 1/8 inch elastic.
pattern measurement is 24 inches long from neck to tail, that is the largest pattern piece, there is a seam allowance for half inch at the collar and tail
chest measurement is 32-34 inches depending on fabric and the stretch it has, the more stretch the smaller you can keep the pattern.
Please measure and test fabrics, as there are many breeds and mixed breeds, some alterations may be necessary.
an additional pdf tutorial is included now with instructions on making the snood (pictured in blue) and how to make alterations to the pattern for your dog. please print this tutorial, it is very useful.
pattern has been updated 9/17 for easier printing on 8.5x11 inch paper and A4 printers, with printed row and column numbers. Please use borderless printer settings and actual size for best results
You may sell any pajamas made from this pattern, but you cannot sell the digital pattern. Please send others to my site to purchase. Thank you.
If you have previously purchased the pattern and the download hasn't updated, please email me at email@example.com for and updated file. Please include where you purchased and the date.
